HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 4 business days from when they are received. Transit time [U.S. only] averages 2-4 business days (almost all orders are shipped via USPS First Class) and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking links.  International orders often take up to 4 weeks to be delivered and are shipped First Class without tracking information.  Orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped the following business day after the order was placed.  

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT 

We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location and making sure your address was entered correctly when you placed your order. Unfortunately in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package, but in this situation we've found that the package is almost always being held at your local post office. We recommend getting in touch with your mailman if possible, or paying a visit in person to your post office. In rare circumstances, the package will get returned to us, in which case we will contact you and redeliver once we verify the correct mailing address.

I AM LOCATED OUTSIDE THE U.S. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS?

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY 

I do not accept returns but will accept exchanges on a case by case basis.  You would be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs and the difference in product cost if any.

ALL JEWELRY ARE LIMITED EDITION BASED ON AVAILABILITY

We strive to show the most accurate depiction of each piece but there can be variations in color, size & shape of beads due to the fact they are made from natural sources and often handmade.    

CARING FOR YOUR BRACELET

Each bracelet is double stringed for added strength but they can still be snapped if stretched out beyond normal limits.  Take care to remove bracelets before changing clothes so as not to snag them.  Some beads are made of stone or glass so take care to not abuse them as they are not impervious to damage.  Some discoloration due to oils from your skin is normal as some beads are porous and only add to the unique look of your piece.  The better you treat your jewelry, the longer it will last!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP? 

Yes! Select items are eligible for gift wrapping — if an item is eligible, there will be an "Add gift wrap?" check box below the add to cart button. You can also include a gift receipt with a personal note instead of/in addition to gift wrap. On the shopping cart page (before you begin the rest of checkout) is a checkbox to indicate you'd like a gift receipt, and a text box where you can include a note to the recipient.
