Pink Vintage & African Bracelet
This handmade beaded bracelet is inspired by the women I met in Ghana, Africa in 2017. We traveled to a remote village where there were three women handcrafting every single bead. I learned that this is their trade, the work that supports their family and livelihood. I sat there all day with them in the hot sun as they pounded old glass bottles into powder then adding natural dyes to make these pink glass beads. It was so beautiful the care they put into every bead. I added two wooden disc beads from my mom's necklace she used to wear as a woman in the 1970's!
Your bracelet will come tucked in a woven bag🧡
